Business Analyst – Entry Level (Markham/Vaughan)

About the role

The Business Analyst will support SHEIN’s supply chain operations in the Markham/Vaughan region, using data analysis and strategic planning to ensure efficient movement of goods from origin to destination. The role combines vendor collaboration, customs compliance, and document management to drive cost reductions and improve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and report performance metrics.
• Develop and implement cost‑saving strategies for mid‑mile and last‑mile delivery.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts, monitor expenses against budget.
• Assist in building business analysis systems, KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Identify logistics risks and create mitigation plans to avoid disruptions.
• Lead special‑case projects, including budgeting, investment approval and cost review.
• Review, organize and maintain import documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, statistics, finance, data science or a related field.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
