Business Analysis Manager

About the role

The Business Analysis Manager will lead the analytics function for warehousing, logistics, procurement and supply‑chain operations, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. You will translate data into actionable insights that improve service levels, reduce costs and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, develop financial models and monitor performance against targets.
• Identify cost‑reduction and productivity opportunities, conduct root‑cause analysis and build business cases for efficiency improvements.
• Provide analytical support across the end‑to‑end supply‑chain, delivering insights that enhance customer experience and financial results.
• Establish KPI systems, reporting frameworks, dashboards and performance scorecards, ensuring consistent metrics and definitions.
• Manage a team of Business Analysts and Data Analysts, fostering best‑practice analytical methods and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics or business‑analysis teams in a supply‑chain or logistics environment.
• Strong background in budgeting, financial planning and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders and drive decision‑making.
• Track record of delivering measurable operational improvements.
