About the role
The Bus Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating bus drivers, monitoring routes, preparing operational reports, ensuring safety compliance, and handling telephone communications for a transit service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Supervise bus drivers, subway operators and other transit operators.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to work under pressure.
- Team player.
