Brand Marketing Intern – Fall Co‑Op (4‑8 months)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Brand Marketing Intern to support our skincare and haircare portfolios at Kao Canada. The role offers hands‑on experience in digital, social and influencer marketing while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Brand Manager with day‑to‑day business management to drive portfolio growth.
• Help develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR and product sampling channels.
• Create, schedule, publish and manage social content and community engagement.
• Support annual marketing plans and new product launches in partnership with global marketing, trade, finance, sales and agency partners.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (second or third year), preferably Business, and returning to full‑time studies in January.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for the beauty industry and digital marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Canva.
• Experience navigating Meta and TikTok business platforms.
