Brand Ambassador – Community Outreach & Lead Generation

About the role

As a Brand Ambassador for telMAX, you will be the face of the company in Southern Ontario, introducing residents and businesses to our high‑speed fibre optic internet services. You will engage directly with the community, generate qualified leads, and help expand our customer base while representing a fast‑growing telecom provider.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door outreach to educate households and businesses about telMAX’s fibre optic solutions.
• Identify and capture new sales leads through personal interaction and community events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Provide clear, concise information about services and answer customer questions.
• Address concerns proactively and ensure a positive experience for prospects.
• Share insights and feedback with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of telMAX products and promotions.
• Travel across various neighbourhoods, spending up to 75% of time in the field.
