Bowling Alley Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bowling Alley Supervisor to lead our team at Chateau Lanes in Winnipeg. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests while maintaining high standards of food service and facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with special needs and act as the primary contact during emergency situations.
• Monitor quality and production levels, resolve work problems, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
• Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, sanitation, and company policies.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.

• Clear oral and written communication.
• Flexibility, initiative, good judgement, and strong organizational abilities.
• Reliability, teamwork orientation, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
