About the role
Lee's Buffet is seeking a diligent Bookkeeper to join its finance team in Brandon, MB. This full‑time permanent position will support payroll processing, financial reporting, and day‑to‑day bookkeeping activities.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
- Maintain general ledgers, post journal entries, and prepare trial balances.
- Reconcile accounts and generate financial statements and reports.
- Prepare tax returns and other statutory filings.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education in accounting or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Strong accuracy, dependability, judgment, organization, and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Windows.
