Bilingual Training Specialist - Manufacturing Operations

About the role

TK Accelis North America is looking for a bilingual (French/English) Training Specialist to drive employee development and operational excellence within its manufacturing environment in Montreal. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that support new‑hire onboarding, continuous learning and quality compliance across multiple shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new‑hire orientation and on‑the‑floor training for both new and existing staff.
• Deliver classroom sessions, micro‑learning modules and hands‑on proficiency assessments.
• Train employees on quality standards, SOPs, inspection methods and work instructions.
• Administer written tests and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback to leadership.
• Maintain accurate, compliant training records and documentation.
• Develop and update training materials using PowerPoint and other learning tools.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and cross‑functional training projects.
• Travel up to 30% to support multiple sites as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering classroom and hands‑on training in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Ability to use measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Interpersonal skills to train employees at all organizational levels.
