Bilingual Security Director – Canada (Remote)

About the role

International SOS is seeking a Bilingual (English‑French) Security Director to lead security initiatives across Canada. This remote position, based in the Montreal, Toronto or Ottawa region, will support commercial teams, drive revenue growth of health‑security subscription services, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Management and Business Development to win new logos and deepen existing client relationships.
• Drive commercial growth of health‑security subscription services and support the scoping of security consulting, training, and managed services.
• Provide expert security risk‑management advice to clients and internal teams.
• Travel frequently within the region to meet clients and support project delivery.
• Act as the primary security point of contact for the Canadian market and coordinate with the Americas National Accounts.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in security leadership, preferably within health‑security or risk‑management environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Canada.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
