Bilingual Program Manager – Key Accounts

About the role

This position drives revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with major key accounts across multiple sectors, including healthcare, oil & gas, defense, public sector, and retail. The role combines consultative selling with strong contract and RFP management to retain and grow existing business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, handling end‑to‑end RFP/RFQ processes and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (sales, operations, dispatch, pricing, legal, sustainability) to deliver compliant and accurate proposals.
• Maintain administrative ownership of accounts, including contracts, renewals, pricing, service details, and billing issues.
• Use internal tools (Employee Console, MAS, Salesforce, Elements) to keep customer records up‑to‑date and support reporting.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams across Canada to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual commitments.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, renewal strategies, and sustainability‑aligned recommendations.
• Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional on‑site visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma and four years relevant work experience.
• Minimum two years of relationship‑management experience in the environmental, waste, or related service industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work in RFP/RFQ‑driven, compliance‑focused environments, especially within regulated sectors.
