About the role

The Bilingual Marketing Relationship Manager will partner with IPC advisors across Quebec and Eastern Canada to design and execute tailored marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, enrich client experiences, and drive business growth. Fluency in both French and English is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop personalized marketing plans for advisors that align with IPC’s strategic priorities.
• Execute campaigns that enhance brand presence and client engagement.
• Maintain proactive, bilingual communication with advisors to support their marketing needs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to innovate and evolve marketing programs.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors delivering marketing tools.
• Provide onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for marketing platforms.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with Quebec language regulations and regional standards.
