About the role
Kelly OCG is seeking a bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join its high‑volume industrial recruiting team in Montreal. The successful candidate will work daily in both French and English, matching candidates with fast‑moving industrial positions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume industrial roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates in both French and English.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain momentum in a deadline‑driven environment, ensuring timely placements.
Required profile
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
- Proven experience in high‑volume recruiting, preferably within industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
