Bilingual Educator – Full‑time or Part‑time

About the role

Dar Al‑Ulūm Montreal is a bilingual Islamic institute seeking passionate educators to support the intellectual, moral and spiritual growth of its students. The role can be full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4 pm) or part‑time with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons across multiple grade levels in core subjects such as Math and Science, following the Québec Ministry curriculum.
• Administer regular assessments and monitor student progress.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and support students’ holistic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents, and fulfill general educator duties.

Required profile

• Experience in a teaching role.
• Strong communication, planning and classroom management abilities.
• Valid Canadian work status (citizenship, permanent residency or work permit).
• Teaching licence is an asset but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in delivering Math and Science curricula.
