Bilingual Content Creation Specialist

About the role

The Content Creation Specialist will be the face of CCS, producing video and social media content that showcases the organization’s work and educates Canadians on financial literacy. This role blends graphic design, video editing, and bilingual communication to support the Marketing & Community Engagement team’s awareness strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce, and appear in video and social media content that reflects the organization’s mission.
• Design graphics and visual assets for campaigns, posts, and educational materials.
• Edit video footage to create engaging, concise pieces for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Community Engagement team to align content with overall strategy.
• Translate and adapt content into both English and French to reach a bilingual audience.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong visual storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• Passion for financial literacy and community impact.
