Bilingual Account Manager – Uber Eats (Quebec)

About the role

Uber Eats is looking for a bilingual (French/English) Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners across Quebec. This fast‑paced, high‑ownership position blends sales, consulting and partnership management to help local eateries expand their digital storefronts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of restaurant partners, driving retention, volume and revenue growth.
• Analyze delivery performance data and pitch Uber Eats growth levers such as ads, targeted promotions and pricing strategies.
• Build trust quickly, handle objections, and negotiate pricing or platform fee discussions.
• Maintain an organized pipeline while balancing day‑to‑day partner support with proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and customer support to resolve bottlenecks and streamline the merchant experience.
• Adapt rapidly to evolving platform tools and local market dynamics.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Experience in account management, sales, customer success or business development in a client‑facing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data sets and explaining insights to partners.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline of accounts and prioritize tasks.
