Bilingual Account Manager – French/English

About the role

PwC is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Account Manager to join its Sales Enablement team within the Energy, Utilities, Resources and Industrial & Services sector. The role supports lead client partners and account teams in driving growth across priority accounts, acting as an external relationship manager and internal sales advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Lead Partners and account teams in creating and executing annual growth plans, client needs assessments, and opportunity identification.
• Embed PwC’s business development methodology, including the Global Account Management Framework, across assigned accounts.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, procurement contacts, and cross‑functional internal stakeholders.
• Support pursuit activities such as proposal management, RFX development, supplier compliance coordination, and end‑to‑end proposal lifecycle execution.
• Organise business development meetings, track actions, manage the opportunity pipeline, and prepare regular reporting.
• Develop and apply value propositions and win themes to ensure consistency in client communications and proposal materials.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within professional services.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior partners, cross‑functional teams, and external clients.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with account planning, sales budgeting, and priority‑account programs.
• Experience with proposal development, RFX processes, and compliance coordination.
