Back Shop Attendant

About the role

The Back Shop Attendant is a guest‑service focused position at Naturally Pacific Resort, responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the golf services, driving range, and practice areas. You will ensure a welcoming experience for guests while maintaining the facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with their needs, providing courteous and friendly service.
• Prepare, coordinate, and clean golf carts.
• Maintain and stock practice areas and driving range equipment.
• Collect, clean, and deliver driving range balls.
• Support daily course operations, tournaments, and events.
• Communicate constantly with the team and support Guest Services personnel as required.

Required profile

• High level of customer service orientation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Capability to multitask, take initiative, and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of golf operations (preferred but not mandatory).
