Back of House Coordinator – Part‑Time

About the role

JD Sports Canada is seeking a part‑time Back of House Coordinator to join the retail team at its Toronto location. You will support store operations by managing the stockroom, handling e‑commerce orders, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Front of House staff with in‑store customer requests.
• Oversee daily stockroom activities, including labeling, placement, cleanliness, and organization.
• Receive, process, and manage merchandise inventory efficiently.
• Handle end‑to‑end e‑commerce order fulfillment: picking, packing, and shipping.
• Communicate daily with customer service and store teams via Slack and email.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies to reduce shrinkage and support sales.
• Utilize the company’s inventory management system for daily tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail or stockroom experience.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Shopify platform experience.
