About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Back of House Coordinator to join our retail team at the Heartland Town Centre store in Mississauga. In this role you will support store operations by managing the stockroom, handling e‑commerce order fulfilment and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Front of House staff with in‑store customer requests.
- Oversee daily stockroom activities: labeling, placement, organization and cleanliness.
- Receive, process and manage merchandise inventory efficiently.
- Pick, pack and ship e‑commerce orders, maintaining timely fulfillment.
- Communicate daily with customer service and store teams via Slack and email.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies to reduce shrinkage.
- Utilize the store’s inventory system for daily operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail or stockroom environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive and well‑organized.
Required skills
- Experience with the Shopify platform (beneficial).
