About the role

Join JD Sports Canada as a Back of House Coordinator in Toronto. This part‑time permanent position supports store operations by managing stockroom activities and e‑commerce order fulfillment, ensuring a smooth flow of merchandise from receipt to the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Front of House staff with in‑store customer requests.
• Oversee daily stockroom operations, maintaining accurate labeling, logical placement, cleanliness, and organization.
• Receive, handle, and manage inventory efficiently to support store profitability.
• Process e‑commerce orders end‑to‑end, including picking, packing, and shipping directly to customers.
• Communicate daily with customer service and store teams via Slack and email.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies to reduce shrinkage and improve sales.
• Utilize the company’s inventory management system for daily tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail or stockroom experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Experience with the Shopify platform.
