About the role
We are seeking a motivated B2B Appointment Setter to join Smart Cleaning US’s remote sales team. In this role you will contact businesses across the United States, introduce our commercial cleaning solutions, and generate qualified leads for our sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business owners and property managers.
- Present cleaning services clearly and persuasively.
- Identify potential clients and capture accurate contact information.
- Schedule appointments and keep lead data up‑to‑date in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the closing process.
Required profile
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing or B2B sales.
- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Positive, goal‑driven and organized attitude.
