B2B Appointment Setter – $1,200 Base + $50 per Qualified Lead

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2B Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings for commercial janitorial services. You will work US Eastern Time hours, primarily targeting businesses in need of cleaning quotes.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–200 outbound cold calls daily to potential commercial clients.
• Identify genuine cleaning service needs and book qualified appointments.
• Follow a proven script naturally while maintaining a professional phone presence.
• Maintain accurate call logs and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or outbound cold calling.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours (9 AM–5:30 PM ET).
• Professional and persuasive phone demeanor.
• Ability to meet onboarding target of at least 3 qualified appointments.
