About the role

We are seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead daily operations at our Calgary location, overseeing staff, budgets, and customer service in a fast‑paced automotive repair environment. The role combines operational control, market analysis, and team leadership to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily service operations.
• Evaluate, plan, and organize daily workflows.
• Manage staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement pricing policies.
• Locate, select, and procure parts and merchandise for resale.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
