Auditor – Internal Audit

About the role

Join National Bank’s Internal Audit team and work at the heart of the bank’s operations. You will contribute to strategic audit engagements across Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Human Experience, Performance and Finance, using data analytics and AI to enhance audit quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in audit planning, including risk identification and setting audit objectives.
• Execute audit procedures as part of a team of experienced auditors.
• Leverage data analytics, Excel, Power BI and AI tools (e.g., Co‑pilot, ChatGPT) to achieve audit goals.
• Communicate audit findings clearly to the engagement team and stakeholders.
• Support follow‑up of action plans and regulatory recommendations.
• Perform financial and non‑financial audit work in support of external auditors for the bank’s financial statements and subsidiaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3‑4 years of relevant audit or assurance experience.
• CPA designation or candidate.
• Fluent in French and English.
