Auditor – Centralized Testing Group (CTG)

About the role

Join the Centralized Testing Group as an Auditor, working within a global resource model to support internal audit, regulatory engagements, and risk monitoring for the Chief Audit Executive Group. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while gaining exposure to RBC’s products, services, and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute control testing and ensure adherence to established methodologies.
• Produce quality documentation by assessing design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
• Analyze risk information, perform testing, and communicate outcomes to audit teams.
• Develop an understanding of RBC’s control environment and proprietary technology.
• Receive mentorship from senior internal audit leaders and build long‑term internal and external networks.
• Partner with business units to identify innovation opportunities and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of control testing, risk management, regulatory/compliance, and audit principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive team environment.
