Audit Manager – Private Client Services

About the role

EY is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its Private Client Services team. You will work directly with business owners and entrepreneurs, delivering high‑quality assurance services while leveraging EY’s technology, knowledge, and learning resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel, setting clear expectations of value.
• Perform and oversee complex audit procedures across a broad range of industries.
• Review corporate tax returns and propose solutions to tax issues.
• Collaborate with the team to plan engagement objectives and audit strategies that meet professional standards and address risk.
• Stay informed on industry trends, business drivers, and economic developments affecting clients.
• Lead, delegate, and provide performance feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Utilize technology to enhance service delivery and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Professional experience in audit and assurance, preferably with private companies.
• Strong understanding of corporate tax and complex audit issues.
• Ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively.
• Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing staff.
• Commitment to staying current on industry and regulatory developments.
