About the role
The Athletic Attendant supports members of Le Parc Gym by maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Working under the supervision of the athletics department, you will help ensure smooth daily operations of the fitness centre.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor member safety and provide supervision throughout the facility.
- Deliver friendly, high‑quality customer service and engage with members.
- Manage reservations and equipment rentals.
- Clean and maintain fitness equipment according to standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Minimal or no prior experience; experience in a fitness centre is a plus.
- Ability to work quickly, multitask and learn new procedures.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in Quebec.
Required skills
- Current Emergency or Standard First‑Aid certification with CPR‑C.
What we offer
- Hourly wage of $16.70 (AMUSE A) on a part‑time schedule (≈20 hours/week).
- Opportunity to work in a vibrant university athletics environment.
- Potential consideration for additional gym locations (B2 Gym).
