About the role

The Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) supports in‑store merchandising activities that enhance the customer experience. You will follow planograms, maintain displays, and ensure products are presented attractively while providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. This part‑time role works closely with store leadership and the merchandising team.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret planograms, project instructions and service guidelines to set merchandise correctly.
• Straighten, clean and arrange products to create an appealing presentation and maintain aisle cleanliness.
• Build and install displays, fixtures, signage and brochures using basic hand tools.
• Execute price and label changes, replace damaged or missing labels, and maintain accurate bay service records.
• Partner with store leadership to markdown damaged or unsellable items and answer customer product questions.

Required profile

• Action‑oriented and able to work safely in a fast‑paced store environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to build relationships with store associates and customers.
• Attention to detail to ensure planograms and pricing are accurate.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills with knowledge of web‑based applications.
• Ability to use basic hand tools for building displays and fixtures.
