Associate Product Manager – Network MDM

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for an Associate Product Manager to help evolve its Network MDM platform, the single source of truth for life‑sciences data. You will work on building critical data integrations to enterprise applications such as Vault CRM and SAP Concur while exploring practical AI applications to accelerate product research.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full product development process, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and delivering high‑quality features.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate market research, synthesize customer feedback, and design new feature concepts.
• Dive into data models to define how Network MDM fields map to external systems like Vault CRM or SAP Concur.
• Align with teams such as Vault CRM and Veeva OpenData to track dependencies and ensure seamless integration releases.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
• Assist in grooming the product backlog, prioritizing bug fixes, and ensuring a steady stream of well‑defined work for the development team.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in software, consulting, or a related technical field (recent graduates with strong internships are encouraged).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies (e.g., large language models) balanced with a focus on delivering the right solution for customers.
• Basic understanding of software architecture, including APIs and databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
