Associate Payroll

About the role

The Associate Payroll role supports Bell's HR Services group by delivering high‑quality payroll assistance to employees and managers across the organization. You will act as a first point of contact for payroll‑related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses while maintaining compliance with legal and collective‑agreement requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve payroll requests via email, chat, online portal, or phone.
• Redirect inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Perform complex payroll analyses and validate processing timelines.
• Explain tax slips and compensation details in accordance with government regulations and collective agreements.
• Complete and submit mandatory declarations to government agencies.
• Accurately fill out payroll documents and conduct follow‑ups.
• Ensure all payroll activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

Required profile
