Associate Front-End Developer Co‑op (Fall 2026)

About the role

Join Sun Life as a Student Associate Front‑End Developer for the Fall 2026 term. This co‑op position offers hands‑on experience building modern web applications while contributing to projects that impact customers and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a skilled Agile team to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality front‑end applications.
• Write efficient, documented code in JavaScript/ES6, React.js, HTML, CSS, and Webpack.
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation tasks as required.
• Manage small‑to‑medium prototype projects from ideation through delivery.
• Understand business and technical requirements and ensure solutions meet performance, maintainability, and stability goals.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Computer Science or related degree program, graduating December 2026 or later.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work effectively in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
