Associate Director, NetSuite Technology & Innovation

About the role

Riveron is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Technology and Innovation practice focused on NetSuite. This client‑facing position works directly with CFOs, Controllers and other senior leaders to deliver high‑quality ERP projects on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle NetSuite implementations and optimizations, guiding teams through design, configuration, testing and go‑live.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to translate business requirements into NetSuite functionality and scalable solutions.
• Conduct client workshops to define implementation strategy and integration requirements.
• Oversee project milestones, functional and design specifications, quality assurance and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Identify expansion opportunities, support business development and participate in pre‑sales activities.
• Develop and deliver NetSuite‑specific training, business development materials and practice collateral.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related field.
• 7+ years of ERP implementation or optimization experience, with a focus on NetSuite.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and sustain client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, solution‑oriented and comfortable in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication skills for presenting designs and recommendations to senior audiences.

Required skills

• NetSuite ERP implementation and architecture.
• ERP, CRM and PSA solution design.
• Microsoft Office suite mastery.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft (plus).
• SaaS and Cloud platforms knowledge.
• Certified NetSuite ERP consultant (plus).
