About the role

Join Maxi as a full‑time night assistant and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers across Canada. You will work the night shift in a retail environment, supporting store operations and ensuring shelves are stocked and presented beautifully.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers and answering questions.
• Stock and replenish products on the sales floor, ensuring items are correctly displayed.
• Implement promotions and company programs as directed.
• Maintain clean and organized product displays throughout the store.
• Support overall sales goals by creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere.

Required profile

• Availability to work the required night shifts on a full‑time basis.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
