About the role

We are looking for a full‑time day assistant to join a Maxi store in Canada. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers, keeping shelves stocked, and supporting store promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service at all times.
• Ensure product availability by stocking shelves and rotating merchandise.
• Implement store promotions and loyalty programs as directed.
• Maintain clean and attractive product displays and store aisles.
• Lift and move merchandise up to 50 lb according to department needs.
• Work scheduled shifts, including required day‑time hours.

Required profile

• Availability to work the required day shifts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Enthusiasm for delivering a great customer experience.
• Willingness to learn and follow company policies.
