Assistant Studio Manager – High‑Energy Boxing Studio

About the role

Rumble Boxing is looking for an Assistant Studio Manager to support the Mount Pleasant studio in Vancouver. This is a fast‑paced, leadership‑track position where you will help run the business, lead the team, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, class pack sales and overall revenue while tracking KPIs such as conversion, retention and attendance.
• Deliver a high‑energy, premium boxing experience that keeps classes full, electric and engaging.
• Lead front‑desk staff and trainers, set performance standards, and build a high‑performance, low‑drama culture.
• Manage labor scheduling, control costs, and oversee trainer scheduling and performance.
• Execute marketing campaigns and in‑studio activations, and solve operational problems independently.

Required profile

• High‑energy, engaging personality with a passion for fitness and performance.
• Strong business mindset – sales‑driven, KPI‑focused and comfortable making ownership‑level decisions.
• Experience in performance‑driven environments such as hospitality, premium retail or boutique fitness.
• Ability to thrive in a loud, fast‑paced environment and command a room.
