Assistant Store Manager – West Edmonton Mall

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering Levi's® Store Iconic status. You will help develop the team, ensure operational excellence, and step in to lead the store when the manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational results including payroll, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Hold yourself and team accountable to all operational standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, and retaining staff that embody Levi Strauss & Co. selling practices.
• Maintain flawless visual presentation according to corporate guidelines.
• Recruit, interview, and recommend candidates for stylist positions.
• Coach and develop associates, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage minor employee relations issues and enforce company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong experience supervising, coaching, and training sales associates.
• Extensive retail apparel background with a customer‑service focus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to last‑minute changes.
• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Quick learner of new computer programs.
• Energetic, positive demeanor with a passion for the Levi's brand.
