Assistant Marketing Manager – Positive Choices Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the growth of our Positive Choices portfolio, which includes beloved Canadian brands such as Sunchips, Smartfood, and PopCorners. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Positive Choices, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to bring new product innovations to market and drive brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the innovation pipeline and lead the commercialization of new product launches, including packaging development.
• Plan and execute in‑store activation programs from brief to rollout, working closely with agency partners.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Leadership, Insights, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory) to translate consumer insights into actionable plans.
• Analyze performance metrics, manage post‑campaign scorecards, and support brand budget administration.
• Contribute to annual brand planning, business reviews, and other key planning cycle deliverables.
