Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Nestlé Professional in North York as an Assistant Marketing Manager, supporting the development and execution of an 18‑month plan for Nestlé Professional Solutions. You will work in a hybrid environment, providing analytical support, managing marketing budgets, and helping shape brand strategy for our foodservice portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fact‑based analytical support to identify business issues and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse brand and competitor performance against market share, brand health, and profitability metrics.
• Manage Product Fixed Marketing Expenses budgets, track spending, and conduct pre‑post evaluations.
• Support creation of customer communication plans and sales tools aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist with packaging, product, and consumer support initiatives within approved budgets and timelines.
• Utilise consumer and marketplace data to define target consumers and trends.
• Handle pricing operations, collaborate on bi‑annual pricing reviews, and ensure accurate SKU communication.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as meeting setup, event management, and marketing presentations.

Required profile

• 18–24 months of experience in consumer‑packaged goods (CPG) or food‑service marketing.
• Strong understanding of the 4 Ps (product, price, place, promotion) and their practical application.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and empower others.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
