About the role
Join EB Games Canada as an Assistant Manager in our Markham store, where you’ll support daily operations and lead a team to deliver an exceptional gaming retail experience. You’ll work closely with the store manager to ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Assess staffing requirements and schedule shifts.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
