Assistant Manager – Retail

About the role

We are a family‑owned lingerie and swimwear brand seeking an Assistant Manager to help run one of our stores across Canada. You will support the store manager in delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold corporate standards.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver strong sales performance.
• Analyze sales data with the manager and implement improvement initiatives.
• Schedule staff efficiently to control payroll costs.
• Provide customers with knowledgeable product assistance and a warm welcome.
• Coordinate tasks with the management team and step in as acting manager when needed.
