Assistant Manager

About the role

Join a vibrant fashion retail team as an Assistant Manager, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers the chance to lead a store crew, manage daily operations, and represent the brand’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach team members to improve performance.
• Process purchases at the register and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Step in to manage all store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Support head‑office initiatives and perform additional duties as directed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong selling, customer service, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to delegate tasks, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders and lift merchandise up to 30 lb.
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.
