Assistant Manager, Digital Merchandising & CRM

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Digital Merchandising & CRM will support the daily operations of the Dior.ca websites and drive CRM omni‑channel marketing programs for the Canadian market. Working closely with teams in Canada, the United States and Paris, you will ensure product launches, promotions and digital experiences are flawlessly executed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the setup and merchandising of new SKUs on two bilingual sites, including PIM integration, price checks and cross‑sell updates.
• Optimize e‑merchandising based on trends, update best‑seller and new‑arrival pages, and maintain seasonal animation kits.
• Collaborate with US project leads on UAT, test plans and feature releases, and resolve Jira bug tickets.
• Verify and test promotional banners and e‑commerce offers.
• Integrate and execute automated email campaigns in Adobe Campaign, draft content in BE FREE tool, and monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion).
• Build and launch weekly SMS programs on the Attentive platform and trigger emails on the Blue Core platform.
• Support Dior Connect’s CRM boutique program and coordinate Narvar tracking emails with US partners.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital merchandising or CRM within a luxury or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multicultural teams.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively with minimal supervision.
