Assistant Brand Manager – Catelli

About the role

Barilla is seeking a passionate and collaborative Assistant Brand Manager to support the Catelli portfolio in Canada. The role will help drive the brand’s growth by assisting with integrated marketing initiatives across innovation, communications, retail activation, digital and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor brand performance, category trends, consumer insights and competitive activity, and translate findings into monthly business updates and actionable recommendations.
• Support the execution of annual brand plans and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, e‑commerce, retail media, shopper marketing and in‑store activations.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget by tracking spend, processing invoices and maintaining budget reports.
• Provide project‑management support for packaging development, coordinating timelines, artwork approvals, regulatory reviews and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
