About the role
Join Demetres Dufferin as an Artisan, a versatile team member who can work as a Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, DJ (Dish Jockey) or Server in a lively restaurant setting.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and perform your assigned specialization (e.g., Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, DJ, Server).
- Provide friendly table service and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Craft handcrafted desserts and prepare coffee and tea beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Comfortable working late hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Alignment with Demetres’ guiding principles: Deliver Wow, Own It, Better Together, Hustle Always, Towards Perfection.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles.

- Hourly wage of $17.60 plus a generous tip-sharing policy.
