Architectural Technologist – Level I

About the role

Worley is seeking an Architectural Technologist Level I to support the design and coordination of architectural projects across oil & gas, infrastructure and mining sectors. Working under the supervision of a registered architect, you will contribute to all phases of project development while gaining exposure to a global integrated team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Prepare construction documents such as specifications, schedules and material selections.
• Ensure designs comply with Canadian building codes, zoning regulations and project requirements.
• Participate in client, contractor and stakeholder meetings to discuss progress and coordinate design efforts.
• Produce project documentation using AutoCAD, CADWorx and Revit.
• Collaborate with the Global Integrated Team and learn from senior architects.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited Canadian program or certification from the Canadian Architectural Certification Board.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Minimum five years of experience in architectural design.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and Canadian building codes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
