Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Architect to join our team and lead the design and execution of renovation and new‑building projects. The role combines client consultation, conceptual design, and on‑site supervision to deliver high‑quality built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define project type, style and purpose.
• Manage projects from concept through construction, including schedules and budgets.
• Develop architectural plans, specifications, sketches and physical or digital models.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for building projects.
• Perform architectural research and stay updated on building codes and material trends.
• Oversee office tasks such as documentation, staff recruitment and selection.
• Supervise technologists, technicians and junior architects.
• Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or equivalent diploma in architecture or a related field (1‑2 year program).
• 1 to less than 2 years of professional experience in architectural design or project management.
• Willingness to relocate; relocation costs are not covered.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, judgment and teamwork skills.
