Application Support Analyst

About the role

The Application Support Analyst provides first‑line technical assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of desktop applications, network services, and business software. You will act as a liaison between end‑users and development teams, troubleshooting issues and contributing to system improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user-reported incidents and service requests, diagnosing hardware, software, and network problems.
• Consult user guides, technical manuals, and knowledge bases to research and implement solutions.
• Maintain a detailed problems‑and‑solutions log for use by the support team.
• Assist in the redesign and testing of applications and related software.
• Set up and configure workstations, including cable installation, OS deployment, and software installation.
• Provide training and advice to users on identified difficulties.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in technical support or help‑desk environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
