About the role
We are looking for a proactive supervisor to lead our appliance repair shop. You will ensure efficient operations, maintain high product quality, and support a client‑focused service environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Supervise workers and coordinate project activities.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff.
- Estimate costs and materials, and requisition supplies.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with excellent oral and written communication.
- Organized and able to coordinate work schedules.
- Secondary school graduation required.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
