Analyst, In-Store Marketing & Communications

About the role

This position supports the execution of in‑field marketing and communications initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement for PC Financial. Reporting to the Senior Manager, In‑store Acquisition, the analyst acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring assets and campaigns are delivered on time and with brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Support creation and execution of in‑field marketing assets by defining design requirements, coordinating approvals, and managing delivery timelines.
• Maintain marketing asset inventory, ensuring accuracy, availability, and logistical support.
• Oversee digital display creative execution, keeping assets updated and optimized across channels.
• Assist in preserving brand consistency across all field‑ and customer‑facing materials.
• Communicate regularly with external vendors to support field updates.
• Analyze customer feedback and coordinate training updates as needed.
• Coordinate and support events, handling planning, logistics, execution, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Develop executive‑level presentations summarising performance and insights.
• Provide general support to the Sales Enablement team and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, communications, financial services or retail (preferred).
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities with capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing deliverables.
