AI Product Engineer, Games

About the role

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to create AI‑native experiences for our casual mobile games. You will work across the full development cycle, from rapid prototyping to shipping features that reach millions of players.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship Unity (C#) gameplay features, onboarding flows, monetisation experiments and live‑ops systems for iOS and Android.
• Develop AI‑powered pipelines such as RAG, embeddings, tool‑use agents and optimise them for cost, latency and scalability.
• Build and maintain backend services on GCP/Firebase, including leaderboards, events and A/B‑testing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with designers and analysts to turn player data into gameplay improvements and own the full feature lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with deep object‑oriented programming knowledge.
• 3+ years of production software engineering experience, preferably shipping Unity mobile games.
• Ability to work quickly in ambiguity, prototype ideas in days and iterate based on real player data.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for players.

Required skills

• Unity and C# for mobile game development.
• Python or JavaScript for tooling and AI integration.
• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic or open‑source) into production.
• Cloud infrastructure on GCP/Firebase and version control with Git.
• Building AI pipelines: embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool‑calling agents.
